The Pathway

Novice to race-ready, in a defined order

The pathway exists so progression is never guesswork. Every step has an entry point, a measurable outcome, and a handover into the next one.

Step by step

The five programs

Descriptions below are structural. Final program copy, prerequisites, and pricing are still being confirmed.

01

Beginner Karting

Entry

Your first laps. Beginner Karting introduces vehicle dynamics, racing lines, and track etiquette in the most accessible and forgiving platform in motorsport.

Beginner Karting is the front door to the pathway. No license, no experience, and no equipment of your own are required - the program is arrive-and-drive.

Sessions focus on the fundamentals that transfer directly to cars: consistent inputs, braking technique, racing line, and reading a corner. Coaches debrief after every run.

Race License Pathway

Licensing

A structured route from Novice Permit to Full Competition License, aligned to SCCA and NASA licensing requirements.

The Race License Pathway takes drivers from a Novice Permit through to a Full Competition License, following the requirements recognized by SCCA and NASA.

The program combines classroom work, on-track sessions, and the signed-off race experience that sanctioning bodies require before issuing a full license.

Driver Development

Tier 1 / Tier 2

A two-tier coaching program that turns telemetry and in-car video into a concrete, measurable development plan.

Driver Development runs in two tiers. Tier 1 establishes a baseline and addresses the fundamentals that cost the most lap time. Tier 2 works on the finer margins - reference points, tire management, and consistency across a full stint.

Both tiers are data-driven: every session is logged, reviewed against a benchmark, and turned into specific homework for the next event.

Race Craft Training

Advanced

Everything that happens when there is another car alongside: positioning, overtaking, defending, and race-long strategy.

Lap time is only half of racing. Race Craft Training covers wheel-to-wheel technique - how to set up a pass, how to defend without losing the corner, and how to survive a first lap.

The strategy component addresses race management: tire and fuel decisions, reading a race, and executing a plan when conditions change.

Driver Evaluation

Assessment

An objective assessment of current pace and craft, producing a placement recommendation and a development plan.

Driver Evaluation is a structured assessment rather than a lesson. Coaches benchmark current pace, consistency, and race craft against a defined standard.

The output is a written evaluation and a placement recommendation - which program, which class, and what to work on next.
